At Alex6 Track, we offer a vehicle tracking app that becomes accessible after purchase. An agent will email you the details of your customized app tailored to your specific needs. Due to the nature of these services, all payments are generally final and non-refundable, except in certain cases outlined below.

2. One-Time Payments

All purchases on our platform are one-time payments.
There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges.

Customers choose to:

  • Purchase a plan
  • Renew access manually when they wish

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

  • You were charged incorrectly or more than once
  • You were unable to access the service due to a technical issue that we could not resolve
  • Your request is submitted within 7 days of purchase

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Lack of usage
